LAHORE, Sept 5: Security of all engineers of foreign origin working anywhere on the Pakistan Railways network has been enhanced in the wake of recent spate of terrorist activity.
In a letter on Wednesday, Railways Police Inspector-General Syed Ibne Hussain directed the SPs concerned to increase the number of policemen escorting the foreigners from their stay place to work site.
Cooperation of district police should also be sought to ensure foolproof security of the engineers of foreign origin, said the letter.
