I do agree with Hamad, people should studup agaisnt the present corupt and ignorant Govt , who has done nothing for the country, no laws being developed to protect against such harms. Govt has no plan as they are totally ignorant people. Every where in the world there are rules and regulations for the residenstial and commercial buidlings, codes and standards. Societies are developed to provide feed back to govt as how to improve. but pakistan is so unfortunate that there is no system of feedback and improvement. May Allah protect us all and give Hidayat to every one even muslim scholars to stand up against such evil.

The compensation or any charity/donation to the family members/dependents or the grant in aid to the victims family members and or or injured on a permanent basis should not be given at one time but given on a monthly for their day to day expenses, education, marriage or other major expenses should be insured on a basis through a scheme run by eminent persons with members from the SITE association and other reliable, man of character. The payment given should be insured through Insurance//saving certificate to make sure that they get a monthly stipend and expenses on a regular basis and the amount is not spent by them is not squandered. Think about it in a meaningful manner. Consult wise people and than decide the mode of disbursement. The Government compensation, insurance claims, Malik Riaz or from philanthropist, overseas Pakistani, or through public donation or aid agency and NGO;s . All avenues should be approached and the sum must be utilized in a prudent member by the committee so formed. Our factories are lacking the installation of emergency tools / equipments to evacuate the peoples fall victim of such sorrowfull incidents, govt,. should pay attention to factories setups in order to protcect labors / human beings and precatunary motives should be taken in light of companies ordinance 1984.

Poor people die in floods or Fire. It was better if 100 people gave there live while marching against Sindh Govt and Punjab GOVT and may find death. There death will become part of history. But to get death in floods or factory fire have no pressure to Sindh GOVT. WE have to do now other wise next year more 100s people may die in floods.
