Flyover project

KARACHI, Sept 17: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad on Monday laid the foundation stone of a flyover to be built at Ayesha Manzil at an estimated cost of Rs377 million.

Speaking on the occasion, the governor said that the project was part of the four flyovers planned on Shahrah-i-Pakistan. The other three would be built at the water pump intersection at a cost of Rs493 million; at the Dak Khana intersection for Rs472 million and at the Teen Hatti intersection at an estimated cost of Rs266.65 million.

Earlier, he was told that both tracks of the 460-metre-long Ayesha Manzil  flyover would have three lanes.—APP
