QUETTA, Sept 23: The Balochistan National Party (Mengal) has accused the federal government and the establishment of being responsible for the killing of party activists in the province.

Addressing a rally outside the Quetta Press Club on Saturday, Dr Jehanzeb Jamaldani, the acting president of the party, claimed that more than 400 party activists and supporters had been killed in target killings over the past four years.

He said his party would continue its struggle for achieving the rights of the Baloch people.

The demonstration was staged in protest against the killing of Abid Baloch, the BNP’s Khuzdar chapter leader, a few days ago.
