They say there is misuse of the media all around and it should never have been allowed to be so strong and verbal and free and independent.

Or come to think of it, we say the mobile has its misuse and, therefore, it is a menace. Any new technology item provides an opportunity either to be used or to be misused.

Take the case of many TV channels spreading obscenity, hatred and what not. But instead of saying, I should throw this TV out, we should realise what a great asset it is for us. You can see human suffering; you can learn new things, exchange views that can spread peace, hope and optimism also.

A prime example is of Sami Yusuf who used his music to promote thought-provoking videos depicting hope, peace, love and reflects human philosophy. He channelled the medium to positive ends.
