Bilour calls Imran’s Waziristan plan a farce

PESHAWAR: Calling Imran Khan’s proposed peace march to South Waziristan a farce, senior Khyber Pakhtunkhwa minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour on Thursday alleged that Khan was travelling to the tribal region on ‘someone’s’ request and was therefore allowing Americans to participate in the rally, DawnNews reported.
Speaking to media representatives at an event in Peshawar, Bilour said the United States was planning to withdraw its forces from Afghanistan and alleged that Khan was staging a farce by leading the rally to South Waziristan.
He added that Khan was going to South Waziristan to hold a rally while his party could not even organise a rally in Peshawar.
Earlier, Bilour distributed allotment letters to those affected by the Mufti Mehmood Flyover project.
At the occasion, he added that the KP government had played a vital role in the development of Peshawar by establishing seven universities and 470 colleges and by generating increased revenues for electricity and gas from Rs 3 billion to Rs 22 billion.
He also expressed his reservations regarding the high court’s decision calling for the demolishing of various government buildings, including a government college, for the restoration of the Shahi Bagh. He added that he would submit an appeal in the Supreme Court with regard to the case.
Bilour, what have you done to Pakistan Railway? Any idea any CLUE?

Bilour is a shameless person. Atleast Imran Khan is doing something for making peace. I hope people in our country get educated and reject people like Bilour.

Bashir Bilour maybe an experienced politician, but he is far behind in judging his people who are far ahead of him leaving him behind as a naive in some respect.
Dear Bilour we people of KP, aka beloved N.W.F.P., are yet to see some good coming from either you bros`or from your leadership. At least make some sensible comments.
I think Imran Khan is the only leader who has the courage to go that extra mile to show to the world that every thing is not like what is being projected of the area. The world should also understand the feelings of the common peoples of the area. The masses appreciates IK’s efforts to bring peace to all parts of Pakistan.
It doesn’t matter what you and I think. I am not sure that IK has said or done anything for me to trust him. He has surrounded himself with all the lotas. He has repeatedly refused to categorically reject extremism. There is lot of rhetoric but no clear plan on how he plans to do things differently. Giving interviews to like minded journalists on TV is not a plan.

How does mr. iK long march stops drone. If we want to stop drones we need to address terrorist issue in our country. Harm that religious extremist has cause to SW and Pakistan in much larger than any damage done by drone. At least drone also kill talibans but suicidal attack by these religious extremists only kill innocent Pakistanis.
Contrary to the Bilour’s bluff, the Imran’s march to South Waziristan will act as a force to open this region to the rest of the country and away from the militancy of isolation.

Hope doesn’t equal a plan. There is no evidence that his rhetoric has any achievement in Pakistan. He was a great cricketer and a good philanthropist but IK record as a politician or true leader has been rather poor. He had lot of good will but has failed to turn that into anything tangible.
