Seven wanted men arrested

LAHORE: Oct 4: Sadar division police claim to have arrested seven proclaimed offenders, including two top-10 criminals, involved in murder and dacoity with murder cases.

According to a press release, those arrested have been identified as Ashraf alias Kala of Serai Mughal Kasur, Muhammad Ramzan of Pattoki, Atif Husain of Gujranwala, Ahsaan Khan and Arif Khan of Shakargarh.

They were wanted in the cases registered in their respective districts.

Green Town police arrested Kamran and Abdullah, who were included in the serial two and three of top-10 offenders and wanted in a robbery case.

Meanwhile, Hanjarwal police arrested two drug peddlers -- Tahir Abbas and Bilal Zulfikar -- in separate raids and seized 1.56 kilo hashish from their possession.

The suspects were booked in two separate cases registered under sections 9-C and 9-B of CNSA.
