TAXILA, Oct 5: The National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP) foiled two bids to smuggle two stolen cars and arrested two car lifters on Friday.

NH&MP spokesman Umar Shoaib told newsmen at camp office Burhan that the car was stolen from Shahkot police area. In another incident a pickup stolen from Chakwal was recovered near Burhan toll plaza and Farzand Ali was arrested. — Correspondent
