Does that mean that someone born male who subsequently chose to live as a female, is the same gender as someone born female who has chosen to live as a male?? If we are creating extra genders, perhaps we need 4? or pehaps 6, to also accommodate those on both sides who have not yet completed their transitions. Will additional public toilets be built for the &quot;other genders&quot;? 

The move to acknowledge children of unknown parentage is certainly a step in the right direction. Clearly these people exist, and have already suffered enough from their parental abandonment]]></description>
