The svelte and uber talented Humaima Malik is slowly but surely becoming an internationally recognised actress. A couple of weeks ago, she received an award at the South Asian Rising Star Film Awards for her role in Shoaib Mansoor’s Bol.

What is heartening to know is that the actresses who Humaima M was pitted against included the likes of Parineeti Chopra, Tanishta Chatterjee and Preeti Desai. In another category, she was bracketed with none other than Vidya Balan. So way to go, Humaima M. Keep up the good work.
