There is a caveat, however. I am a retiree. On many occasions, in an organization, people have in a section, reorganized out, and a few years down the road, one reapplies for the same job and one finds that one no longer meets the requirements and hence not interviewed. I have seen this happen to foreigners and natives. May be you can explain in your next tranche.
