KARACHI: The government of Sindh declared Nov 23rd (Friday) a public holiday throughout the province for all the offices, autonomous, semi-autonomous bodies, corporations and local councils under the administrative control of the government of Sindh on Thursday.

An official said that necessary notification to this effect had been issued.

Earlier, the government of Sindh has already announced public holidays for 9th and 10th of Muharram (Saturday and Sunday).—APP
