LAHORE, Nov 24: Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Dr Sok An, along with a 10-member delegation, called on his Pakistani counterpart Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, here at the State Guest House on Saturday.

During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed matters pertaining to mutual interest.

Mr Elahi stressed the need for further promotion of friendly bilateral relations between the two countries, adding that such visits would prove instrumental in this regard.

Earlier, PML-Q chief

Chaudhry Shujaat Husain welcomed the Cambodian delegation which landed at the Allama Iqbal International Airport.

While, the PML-Q Central Secretary General Mushahid Hussain Syed, MPA Samina Khawar Hayat and Honorary Consul of Cambodia, Chaudhry Salik Husain, were also present.—APP
