QUETTA: The Quetta police arrested a suspected person from Gwalmandi area and recovered a pistol from his possession.
The police said on Sunday that law enforcement personnel deployed to maintain security on the occasion of Ashura recovered pistol from a person in an area lying within jurisdiction of PS Gwalmandi.
The arrested suspect has been shifted to police station for further interrogation.
A case has been registered against the suspect and more investigation was underway.
