CHARSADDA: Three people, including a woman, were killed and eight others were injured during an exchange of gunfire between two groups near Rajar bypass in Mirabad village of Charsadda district on Tuesday, DawnNews reported.

Police sources said that the exchange of fire took place as a result of an ongoing feud over a Rickshaw stand between two groups in the area.

The attack took place near the By-pass road when one of the of the rival groups was heading towards the courts to attend a a hearing over the issue.

The injured, including women and children, were shifted to the Lady Reading hospital.
