I am not at all surprised by this revelation, because it happens in every household. We grow up with our own prejudices as fed by our parents (mother especially) right from the childhood. If the mother has some notion of injustice in her life against someone, the child will grow up to be the arch enemy of that someone. Because the stories start from recounting this entity as the bogeyman in childhood, to complete brainwashing in teenage. The home is the brainwashing center that you cannot escape. You can only hope to recover some day, and hope that the parents were not capable enough to do long lasting damage.
