QUETTA: A cracker blast in a garbage dump near a road in Quetta's Shawaksha area injured two children on Friday, DawnNews reported.

Police sources said two rag-pickers, between 8-10 years of age, were busy sifting through a garbage dump when a cracker suddenly exploded injuring them.

The injured children were rushed to the Civil Hospital where their conditions were reported as stable.
