KARACHI, Dec 2: Three-year-old bay filly Generosity obliged all and sundry to land the Karachi Oaks as the Gymkhana race meeting resumed after a fortnight at the Karachi Racecourse on Sunday.

Sweety grabbed third place four lengths behind while Dancing Rain completed the frame finishing a further 10 lengths away.In a late burst, four-year-old bay colt Behlul overtook front runners Janab Sahab and Easy To Walk to claim the Strides By Strides Stakes in the next race.

Behlul lowered the colours of public fancy Janab Sahab registering five lengths victory in a field of six starters.

Earlier, second favourite colt Shah Rukh opened his account beating favourite debutant Dallas by head in a neck-and-neck race to pick up Sire Produce Stakes in the fourth race.
