I watched capital talk show on power tussle. It reflects dichotomy on part of HEC that firstly it advertises post of executive director then all of a sudden it changes its mind about granting third extension of four years to Dr Sohail Naqvi on the plea on ban on direct induction in MP scale. No one is indispensable in Pakistan as many substitutes are available in HEC. I also suggest that HEC must be restructured in the light of 18th amendment forthwith as six months have already lapsed.
