TAXILA, Dec 8: Four persons of a family including three women died on Saturday when their car collided with trailer from its rear on Islamabad- Peshawar Motorway (M-1) near Taxila, National Highway and Motorway Police said.

While confirming the accident spokesman for the police, Inspector Umer Shoaib Ijaz, said driver of the Corolla car (VC-595) lost control over the vehicle due to some mechanical fault and it cashed into the rear of a trailer. As a result, four persons on board the car died.

On getting the information, patrolling staff of motorway police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to THQ hospital Hassanabdal.

Only two dead were identified as Fahad Akram and Ayesha Fahad till filing of this report.
