Arif, with all due respect for your opinion, while there are many shortcomings in the American culture, it will help if you understand its complexities, depth and breadth. Pakistanis face suicide bombings all the time but it has little to do with Pakistan’s culture. Every society has its share of criminals and lost souls just as every society is blessed with good people. There are no Hollywood (or Lollywood) movies that promote and condone killing of small children.

What is surprising is the ease with which even a mentally unstable person has access to so many sophisticated guns and then being able to use them, he has to have training in the use. Looks like the security agencies are non existent, I thought this country had a system but…… ask the parents who have lost their kids.
