I will be surprised if any company or country doing business with third world countries do not indulge in bribes in one way or another.Leaders and politicians of such countries are not only to do their jobs,but also to secure their financial future what with the poor pay they get.Anybody thinking otherwise lie the Carter fellow lives in a foolish dream world
