The Chairman HEC Dr. Javaid R. Laghari is regarded to be a person of high integrity but there are certain people in the HEC who are intriguers and trouble makers. These are the people who have involved the HEC employees in the politics for their personal gains as they also happen to be office bearers of OWA, the officers association of HEC.

THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE IN HEC WHO ARE ARE THE REAL CULPRITS. THEY ARE NOT SINCERE TO HEC NOR PAKISTAN. THEY ARE TRAITORS. THE HAVE DRAWN HEFTY SALARIES AND THEIR WORK IN NOTHING BUT TALKING. THEY ARE MP SCALE OFFICERS APPOINTED IN HEC WITH PRECISION FRAUD.

It has been noticed with great concern that Chairman HEC remained very biased and his attitude was very vindictive against his own regular employees. In-spite of the fact that Commission members warned him not take action against the employees who opposed the illegal extension of Dr. Sohail Naqvi.But he is not ready to accept the decision of the Commission and sent an application to Police for FIR against the employees. He looks very furious and not ready to go by the book.It is learned that All employees are ready to face any illegal action if it is taken by the Chairman,HEC. Most of the employees are of the view that he is not medically sound minded. He should be resigned from this important post.

Supreme Court as well as Federal Government has restricted the upper age limit for contractual appointment 65 years. But in HEC and in universities the decision is not being followed just to please some of the favourites. Most of the persons hired under FFHP are over 70 and others are abscond ears and defaulters of government of Pakistan.
