The vagueness and the ill-defined concepts which this article claims to be discussing give a clue to the mobility and the state of flux in the thinking of the elite. They thus provide an empty intellectual or rational space in which anyone can attribute any meaning at will and act accordingly. The outsider who reds such a text would be totally lost as to what to make of such a report. On the basisof what Dr. Qadri did or said or meant to be, one does not know what is the meaning of the state and what is the purpose of politics in Pakistan.

State has nothing to do with religion is a success story in whole modern world. He is an eminent religious scholar. Couple of years back he delivered goood speach about terrorism and Islam in world economic forum. Better option for him is to educate the Pakistani masses to chose those leaders who can deliver good to Pakistan rather than throwing himslef in politics.
