Demi Moore has reportedly been left shocked after her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court last week.
The 'Ghost' star had hoped to negotiate a financial settlement quietly and then file her divorce papers afterwards, to show the matter had been resolved, a source told the New York Post. According to a report in Times of India.
But the negotiations got too bogged down and Kutcher - TV's highest- paid actor - pulled the trigger earlier, the source said.
The source added that Moore had been asking for a lot of money, and the negotiation was dragging on for so long, that Kutcher got fed up and filed for divorce.
