Customers’ problems: SSGC’s offer

THIS is apropos of Malik Akhter Ali’s letter (Dec 3), mentioning some bad experience faced by him at the SSGC’s Customers Facilitation Centre (CFC).

The company’s management has taken serious notice of the issue because we strive hard to serve our customers’ professional services at our CFCs. The SSGC intends to redress Mr Malik’s grievances. He is requested to contact our senior officer mentioned below:

    NO, doubt SSG Company is one of the best service provider in pakistan as compare to other Govt: companies.
