KARACHI, Dec 29: ICI Pakistan announced on Saturday that the Lucky Holdings had completed the acquisition of shares of ICI Omicron B.V. in the company.

The board of directors of ICI Pakistan had been reconstituted with Mohammad Yunus Tabba appointed chairman of the board and Mohammad Ali Tabba as Vice Chairman.

Ali A Aga has been appointed as CEO till Feb 24, 2013.
