Afghan people stand in the main border crossing of Torkham, between Afghanistan and Pakistan east of Kabul. Today is the second day that Torkham the main border between Afghanistan and Pakistan is closed by Pakistani authorities, hundreds of trucks, cars plus several hundred people including, women, children, elders and especially sick people who are going from Afghanistan to Pakistan for treatment are waiting for the border to open, there are reports of at least three civilians being killed in Afghanistan side and more than five others being killed in Pakistan side since the border is closed because of the cold weather and heavy rain.—Photo by AP
