TAXILA, Dec 31: A young man committed suicide here on Monday.

Police said Abdullah, 20, shot himself with a pistol near Faisal Shaheed Road. The police quoted the family as saying that Abdullah took the extreme step over a domestic dispute.

The police handed over the body to the family after completing the legal formalities.

In the second incident, a drug addict, in his 30s, was found dead in the city area. The police have registered separate cases and are investigating.—Correspondent
