Pakstani Pashtuns are loyal to Pakistan. Peshawar is part of Pakistan. This is coming from a proud Pakistani Pashtun. Sorry to burst your bubble. Punjab was also divided between India and Pakistan, does that make people from Lahore Indians today? No.

Because they are our brothers in islam. I am not saying they dont have any issues, however the fact still remains that they are our brothers and we wont be true believers till we wish for our brothers what we wish for ourselves. I understand that most of the people of pakistan, indeed of all of the “muslim world” have left the deen of Allah and have become completely brainwashed by America and its allies. However, I am sure there must still some people in Pakistan who are upon the deen who would recognise the rights of their brothers.

And by the way I am not Afghan (not that it matters).

we are ourselves living on foreign aid and fighting a war for a foreign country; why are we the only ones who should absorb these displaced people. Why doesnt india or US give them visas? its only fair isnt it? those numerous indian consulates have to be good for something dont they?

Afghan refugees have lived in Pakistan for over three decades. The second generation of Pakistani born Afghans is now coming of age. To expect that they will go back is unrealistic. Now Pakistan should think about their permanent settlement here and close this subject. Absorption of a few million Afghans in Pakistan will cause minimal social or cultural impact.
