A better alternative is to set up secure camps to which the parents should bring their kids. These camps should be protected by adequate security to keep the suicide bombers away. Besides the police should haul up any mullah who preaches anti-polio sermon for religious reasons and make life difficult for him. This is a question of the future of the population, no compromises here.
