Blast in Karachi injures three

KARACHI: A blast near a petrol pump on Khayaban-i-Ittehad in Karachi's Defense area injured three persons on Monday, DawnNews reported.

A heavy contingent of police and Rangers reached the spot and cordoned off the area as investigations into the incident went underway.

Further details regarding the nature and intensity of the explosion were not available till the filing of this report.
