Before jumping to any conclusion, writer should find out why India is building this boundary. There is confusion for fisherman where is India/Pakistan boundary. Hundred of fishermen are arrested regularly on both side . This boundary will provide guidance to these poor fishermen who get stuck in jails for years. This is right thing to do. Some Pakistanis always look for wrong angle of any issue.

Certainly disputes and issues can and should be resolved to bring lasting peace in the subcontinent. The problem is what is the resolution to these disputes. Certainly Pakistani leaders were close to resolving disputes. The only hitch was that they were ready to do so under the assumption that India would have to accept whatever Pakistan proposed as the resolution. So please cut this crap that Pakistani leaders were and are ready to resolve disputes. They neither were nor are.
