The above quote is very significant for Pakistanis to note and warning to those leaders who have any thought of going against US wishes. They(US) can make or break any elected govn’t or maintain status quo in Pakistani polictics depending upon US interest.

Americans should mind their own business and stop interferring in other countries matters. They should sort out their own democratic issues and stop lecturing others. It’s Pakistan’s internal matter.

It’s your country. Run your country by your rules. Why do you need approval or disapproval from the US. Who cares what the US says. Find your own solutions. If you are a proud Islamic nation, be one. Have your own friends. Don’t do anything because some other country wants you to do something. Take a firm stand and stand by it. You don’t have to like India. Tell them, we don’t like you. You don’t have to like Afghanistan, tell them we just don’t like you. If you like Saudi Arabia, have strong relations with them. It’s totally up to you, because it is your country. You decide how to rule it. But whatever you choose to do, be honest with yourself, to your people and their well being. Isn’t that is ultimate purpose of governing?
