Pakistan needs a laugh
Chapter One
Saad Haroon is one of the more renowned standup comedians that Pakistan can be proud to take credit for. He began his decade old journey with Black Fish, an improv comedy group. In the following video, he discusses the way his comedy has grown and the simplistic and minimalist philosophy behind it. More importantly, he discusses what he would like to achieve through his work in terms of how he wants it to affect his audience.
Chapter Two
In this second video, we discussed the impact of social media and how it benefited him and how it irks him. He talks about world events and its contribution [or lack of] to his comedic routine. Don’t Worry Be Pakistani will be a show of how he has evolved from and through his previous standup comedy bits. Lastly he tells us why his shows have been an annual occurrence and how that has been and will be an asset to us.
Pakistan just take a look in the mirror!
He is rare talent in the industry as a Stand up Comedian ! We need to support and encourge him all out !

I think he will do well as he is targeting the educated and not illiterate that is dragging the country down to it’s knees. All th the best Mr. Haroon.
Dear Allan, couldn’t agree more. The illiterates and mullahs are dragging the whole country down. Actually, the country is being run by them. Does anyone even know the qualifications of our president?. Look at the make up of the national assembly. It is full of them too. I saw a talk show on TV and people like Jamshed Dasti are nothing but a disgrace. Having lived in the UK for 25 years, I would really love to return to Pakistan but can not because of three things, the Illiterates, the mullahs and the security issues.

It seems that the LITERATES only KNOW how to talk about the illterates and what-nots. Rather than changing the situation we (literates) hurled a coin or two at them so that they can change their own situation themselves, which of course made you to sit behind firwalls and comment about them!
P.S. don’t talk about illtrates, mullahs and security issues in the same sentence!

Don’t Worry Be HAPPY… People must try to stay happy as much as possible, its good for health and mind.
