Unfair means during NTS exams
THE written test conducted recently by the NTS for recruitment of teachers in the Sindh education department was marred by serious mismanagement and malpractices.
Candidates themselves confirmed the use of mobile phones for cheating. The test conducting staff was in most cases found too inexperienced to supervise the test smoothly and transparently.
In some instances, the staff themselves were involved in facilitating their favourites.
It is unfortunate that such a crucial task of screening suitable candidates for appointment as teachers to build the future of the nation was not done in a serious and sincere manner.
As a candidate, I dialled 10 numbers of the organisation several times on the day of the test but in vain. This was sheer neglect.
Even the project director avoided attending the call and replying the text messages sent to draw his attention towards the mismanagement and irregularities.

Why to complain about this form of corruption when each and every institution of Pakistan is malfunctioning.Need honest leadership at every institution in order to take this country to get things in order.
NAB Test, SVETA and teachers tests has raised questions on credibility of NTS. I think it is fake institution only to grab money
NTS is a farce and some day some one will uncover this ugly truth, has any one ever checked the source of the questions they give in exams and has any one ever questioned whether those questions are themselves right or not? ever try to contact this organisation via any mean possible and you end up against a wall, act before it is another let down of the so called quality management in our higher education.
NTS is a organization which is established to Facilitate the Kids of elite families of Pakistan. Its matter of fact more than half of Pakistanis gets there education from government own schools and when they gets good grades in exams and would enables themselves for admissions in M.Phil. and Ph D the government introduced NTS just to make a room for elite families kids who have good English abilities than a boy from government owned school.. Scodenlly, the questions they gives in GAT subject test are totally approach less means if they search a animal name from world wide web and asks you to mentioned its Phylum. How one from a government owned school answered these because this animal name could be in A-level or O level book but not in Punjab or other textbook board syllabus.
Tests results should be cancelled forthwith and the Test should be retaken and the Employer and the NTS Authorities shoud look into the matter otherwise their credibility will go in jeopardy.
The practice of using illegal means i.e. mobile phones and handbooks were also used in District Kashmore due to the inseriousness of NTS’ staff. Selecting candidates on such criteria would be detrimental to national cause of educating subsequent generation.
