A few days back when I was very tired of my work, I searched the internet and came across a great website which had me glued to my seat for more than two hours. The site was gamesforthebrain.com. As the name suggests, I played many interesting mind games and found that the time I spent on playing the games was not wasted as it trained and tuned my mind and I actually felt refreshed.

Therefore, today, I will share details of the site Games for the brain with my young friends here. This is a totally engaging website that wouldn’t let you leave the game in the middle. These games will really make you think and you’ll use your grey cells. You won’t regret spending time here, nor will your parents, as you are actually learning with each passing minute!

There aren’t too many games here but enough to take a great part of your day, such as Dragger, Counterfeit, Coloured Lines, The Game You Can’t Stop, Guess The Colour, Ooze, Rotate, Chinese Checker, Master Cards, Reversi, Image Quiz, Trivia Nut, What Was There, Marsmoney, and many more. In Dragger, you drag pieces of a picture and complete the puzzle; Counterfeit will make you spot any difference in the picture, and in What Was There, you have to memorise every detail of the image in order to answer the question that appears later; in Number Hunt, you add the moving numbers on the screen, etc.

These games sound so easy but, believe me, they are not like a piece of cake. All you have to do is to use the grey matter, memorise and think! So the time wasted is actually time gained! Isn’t it fun? The website is totally free and you are not even required to register.

As far as the layout of the site is concerned, you won’t find it cluttered and not so tricky and you’ll see the titles of the games on the front page. By clicking on any title, you’ll be taken to that game. However, you don’t miss the menu, because in each game that you play, the menu is given right below, so there isn’t any chance of missing out any game.
