PESHAWAR: Unknown gunmen opened fire on a Frontier Constabulary vehicle in Zakakhel market of Khyber tribal region’s Landi Kotal area killing one FC personnel and injuring two others,DawnNews reported.

The injured personnel were shifted to the Landi Kotal hospital where their condition was reported to be out of danger.

DawnNews quoted sources as saying that the FC personnel were on routine patrol when they came under fire from unknown gunmen which resulted in the killing of one FC man and caused injury to two others.
