This whole exercise is nothing but of Political interests of the parties presently in power. More provinces do need to be created, but not just out of Punjab. Besides, combining any other district with Bhawalpur is preposterous. Again, this is purely for political advantage for the PPP & allies. Sad indeed that the real beneficiaries, the common people, are being ignored.

If these corrupt politicains can not manage the 4 provinces, how could they be able to manage the 5th. They just want to create a new province to make more money, more corruption, more position for their sons. Nothing for the poor people.

Non of them have ever even thought of, how much money is required to create a new province with all the infrastrucutre. They even do not know and also do not care. These corrupt politicains could be kicked out of the public offices if people could understand the power of their vote. Bringing honest leader means these corrupt will go bank corrupt once NAB will go after them……

divide the whole country into provinces if it could solve any problems. the answer is that it won’t. the whole constitution in our country is a sick joke. I say copy/paste the US Constitution Ditto, give states the right the way they give and please please let us choose between the presidents not the mpas and mnas. last time I checked I had no sane option of a person to vote for neither would it be this time. if we are asked to vote for say zardari, nawaz sharif, altaf hussain and imran khan then we’ll for sure choose the right one to lead us in the 21st century. we don’t even have an option to choose the PM or Provincial Minister – we vote (or those ghosts in the polling stations vote on behalf of us) to people who change their allegiances several time in the tenure and are proven uneducated corrupt folks. look at the education and moral record of our president alone. would 6th largest nuclear armed population of the world would endorse him no matter how downgraded we have became in front of even ourselves?

p.s. I am not bragging about nukes but am crying that we have some and those in controls of them are read in the international newspapers like new york times as a person with substantial psychological issues according to his doctors who testified in front of an anti-curroption court in switzerland.

We can use South African Model of three Capitals where you have Parliment in Cape Town, Foreign Offices in Pretoria and Suprement Court in Bloomberg, this allows the growth in all three cities and does not have dependencies in one city.
