it is very easy. The rural Sindh wants to benefit from quota system. Post the teachers to the same area where their domicile is. Rural Sindh wants the cake and eat it too i.e apply from rural areas and want posting from urban areas.

Education System has been out of date, and teachers are not trained, I have schooled in Karachi, and above our school there was a teachers training College, Teachers used to come from that college and learn how to teach the students. Now there are teachers but they are not trained and majority of them are appointed by the Political parties or MNAS or Senators, who take the bribes and make the appointments. That is why the education system has gone wrong. and many of them do not show on work.
