Dharna by PMLN and opposition parties in front of parliament is a clear sign of defeat and weakness. Will this procession be larger in numbers and time than Qaudri. ECP is now free/ azad and made by consenses. You can attack and buldose ECP like you attacked on Supreme Court in past.

This is true because these two coalition parties wanted their monopoly to continue.in Karachi. They have scared the hell out of the citizens of Karachi for so long .It was high time that the reforms are brought in as soon as possible in terms of delimitation,verification of the voters lists,deweaonization and put an end to their militant wings in their respective parties as per the verdict of the SC

Here the danger is that this verdict in case of Karachi will be treated in the same terms as before and nothing will happen.The rigging will continue in the elections and the election commission as the signs are will not be able to act impartially as the irregularities are already taking place in verification of the voters list and these criminal elements will be re-elected as it were.The citizens of Karachi will have another 5 or so years suffer from these murders,kidnappings and extorsions.
It is no good for the SC to issue verdictsIt must show its teeth and make certain that this will be implemented at any cost and the opposition political parties must stand to-gether and oppose tooth and nail to make this work.

Nawaz Sharif can not keep his hands off anything to gain cheap political points. Why does he think that ECP requires his assistance to be effective?. Does he think that Mr. Ibrahim is not powerful enough or is not daring enough to challenge irregularities?. I am not sure who is advising Mr. Sharif because he should know that people all over Pakistan understand these cheap old tricks and he and his cronies would have to come up with something new and a bit more creative.

Each and every individual in the country knows that ECP can do no good in the presence of present governr and admnistrative set up in karachi.They will just fill up the needed documents and will attest the status quo.
