Mehnaz would remain alive in the memories of her fans. She was a great singer. I am very impressed with her mersias and nohas. She was a complete artist who through out her singing career maintained her decency. One reason for this could be that she was from the well mannered background of lucknow. Her mother Kajjan Begum and all her aunts were excellent in mersias and nohas.
