KARACHI: After being released from the Karachi jail on Jan 25, 2013, Ajmal Pahari was arrested again on Wednesday over implication in four new murder cases, DawnNews reported.
Joharabad police revealed Pahari’s arrest, saying that he was arrested for being suspected of involvement in four new murder cases.
Pahari was originally booked in 18 cases, according to a petition submitted in court by the defence counsel Mushtaq Ahmed. The application further stated that the accused had been acquitted in 12 cases and was granted bail in the remaining cases.
Despite his acquittal, Ajmal Pahari was detained under the Section 3 (1) of the West Pakistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance 1960, since Sept 20, 2012.

How about letting the readers know which party/group he belongs to?
Pakistan should make a prison just like Guantanamo Bay some where in a remote island near Fiji or samoa island and send all these VIP people there for good. Let them work hard, grow their own food and live there. They can never come back . Sooner or later Pakistan have to adopt this policy because in order to get European market access and other AID Pakistan have already secretly committed to stop giving capital punishment that is why you have seen that no criminal or murderer have been hanged in the last 5 years.
He will be released again due to faulty evidence…no witness no evidence…no witness protection program, faulty investigation, no anti-terror law, his confessional statement on TV is non-admissible as per present old law ( & who is supposed to make new law ? of course MPs not judiciary remember )…so do not blame judiciary if this criminal is released again…..
they all are fake cases for ajmal bhai
Well said.
