A police officer drew the ire of a woman constable who slapped him and created a scene at the Industrial Area police station when he objected to her roaming about in nondescript uniform.
Witnesses said the policewoman erupted at being chastened for putting on a coat over the prescribed uniform and wandering in the market during duty hours, she slapped the officer, threw office stationery and record at him and overturned furniture.
