After burning down of Shama Cinema few months ago, the media portrayed that as a tragedy and a cultural place had been destroyed. Shama cinema in Peshawar was always famous for such kind of films.
I guess the influential political family who runs the destroyed cinema may have collected funds from the government to restore in the name of cultural heritage.
In Pakistan, most of these regional language movies are not Films, but soft porn. Sorry to say
