Shahzeb murder: hope for justice

THIS refers to Shahzeb Khan’s murder. A number of cock-and-bull stories are up these days, stating that they suspect Shahrukh Jatoi is under-18 and is kept in a juvenile jail. As far as medical test reports are concerned, the accused is an adult. He should be punished according to law.
The SC should do justice in the case which would send a strong message to all that no culprit could go unpunished just because of an influential or political background.

Justice should be done and also seen to be done…..also quick disposal of this case is very necessary
as any undue delay in this matter would lead us – the masses – to forget as has been the case in many an instances in the past.
I agree with you but will not start counting the chick before it hatches . What SCP is and will do is , to set an order for the trail court as SCP itself is not a Trail court by the Constitutional bar on it . THEN the real story and the real justice would come out if it ever comes out at all . Knowing the lower judiciary for the past 65+ years of our Justice System , there is very likely hood of the main Culprits set free but a scapegoat found out and put behind the jail walls . In a Country where an investigating police officer and the police Surgeon doing the medical test to ascertain the age , CAN FALSIFY the original reports , then every thing is possible in this land of Pures 190 millions
