The Baloch leader themselves are responsible for the poor n ill-educated society …The ground realities are these so called leaders dont allow any educational infrastructure in their lands and a self seen example is these baloch leader do even allow any economic activity if they are not paid Ransoms ..Dera Murad jamali, Dera Bughti , are such areas
