WE, the candidates who have applied for the post of Assistant Director in the Sindh Public Service Commission, would like to draw the attention of the SPSC chairman to the injustice that puts our career in danger, and request him to reschedule the date of the written examination slated for March 4 as we are busy with our CSS examinations which will run till March 10.

Initially, we were informed that the written test date for the post of Assistant Director at the SPSC is Feb 19 and we all were agreed on that but due to a bad law and order situation the test date was revised without any consultation and the new date for the written test was fixed for March 4. The truth is we can appear in one examination only due to an oversight by the authorities concerned. We, therefore, request the Sindh Public Service Commission chairman to reschedule the date for the written test for the post of Assistant Director after March 10 so that a maximum number of candidates are able to sit for the test and the SPSC is able to nominate the best among the majority of candidates on merit.
