Naive suggestion
From the Newspaper | 28th February, 2013
THIS is with reference to the article by Irfan Husain ‘Bad news from Afghanistan’ (Feb 26). It was rather naïve of him to suggest that the Americans are pulling out of Afghanistan in deference to the wishes of us Pakistanis.
To the contrary, the whole world will have him know that the US is being forced out of Afghanistan as a militarily defeated and much-hated enemy.
I agree with his analysis that as always, we are horribly underprepared to face any eventuality.

What eventuality? That’s all fear mongering. They are our Muslim brothers and we should have a better understanding with them by replacing India with diplomacy. I don’t see current foreign minister visiting Kabul, why?
