Jewellery theft

Published March 3, 2013

THIS is apropos of the news item (Feb 27) about the jewellery removed from a passenger’s luggage while travelling from Karachi.

It is utterly shameful that people responsible for providing security are themselves involved in organised crime and robbery.

What is worse is that this is a no brainier, and a cursory look at the security camera footage can reveal the culprits and also provide incriminating evidence, Let us hope that the issue is thoroughly investigated and those responsible punished for this audacious crime.
